Persuasion doesn't happen by chance. It requires clear-sighted analysis of a proposition and identifying good reasons why a customer should buy. This is the starting point of being persuasive.
The process that the course teaches is practical and based on years of experience of training hundreds of companies and numerous consultancy engagements.
It's a process anyone can learn and has a number of steps: the analysis of the customer’s needs and requirements, the identification of what the supplier can offer the customer, working out the compelling reasons that explain why what the supplier is proposing is the best solution for the customer, producing documentation and presentations and then engaging the customer at meetings, all of which are required in order to persuade a customer to choose the supplier.
This is what this entire course is about, teaching businesses how, if they can learn and apply this process, they can master the art of persuasion.
As well as straightforward step-by-step guidance to master each step in the process, course delegates will have access to a number of real world case studies, so they can see the approach taken by others.
